Unlike other recruitment agencies, Evolve will not bow to the pressure and open high-street recruitment centres. We meet all of our staff in person, through connections we have developed in the local area, so we never place unknown staff with our valued clients. We have a real mixture of nationalities on the Evolve payroll, our main two being English & Polish.

We work closely with the Employment & Skills Centre and the JobCentre+ to help English staff who are out of work, but want to be in it, to get back to employment. Our English staff are hard-working, driven, reliable and trustworthy, we offer education to them via our Training Pathway, but also personal support and assistance where needed.
The team here work closely alongside a number of industry organisations and legislative bodies, such as the Gangmasters Licensing Authority, the Association of Labour Providers, the Potato Council, the anti-trafficking Stonger2Gether campaign and we are also proud members of Sedex.
After working within the agricultural temporary staffing industry for many years, it has become clear that there is a skills gap between general unskilled staff teams and farm employees. Commonly, the skills gap has been experience and industry knowledge based, rather than qualification based.
Evolve has developed the Training Pathway to provide a sure footing for all staff members working in the Field sectors of Grading & Roguing, or the Agri-Industrial sectors of Sorting & Packing. Because all of our staff are hand picked and stay with us for the long-term, unlike high-street recruitment centre staff, we can justify the large expense we take on by training all of our staff to varying levels.
